There was a little confusion as to how long you would need the car for for the mini service. I thought I could just wait - the letter you sent to me indicated this but in actual fact you needed the car for longer.

Found fault identified by my warning light and replaced light unit, expensive but necessary. Garage could not fit me in before I went on a road trip holiday for 5 days which was not ideal.

The car was handed over 2 weeks later than the estimated delivery date and was not finished (see below). The communication was also not great with very vague and infrequent updates. A works 210 was ordered but the kit was delayed & still unfitted

Courteous, efficient. However, on arrival they asked whether I wanted the 3 year brake fluid change done at the same time as the end of warranty check and MOT. Had this been mentioned at the time of booking I would have made time to have had it done
